Holly Farm Skatespot
Holly Farm is a fun little bowl with spine, loveseat and brick bank channel around the outside, this is our first skatespot sized park. The new park was funded by the Portland Parks Foundation and is located at SW Capitol Hwy and SW Comus Street.

PROJECT BACKGROUND
For decades, this property was used as an experimental site for cultivating holly trees and was known as Holly Farm. When the owner left the property, the West Portland Park neighborhood advocated for converting it into a park. The site offers a wide-open, flat space in the heart of an otherwise hilly neighborhood topography.
